Our organization is seeking a strategic leader to oversee the commercial aspects of our Property and Asset Services contract within South Australia. This key role involves developing and implementing commercial strategies, negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
About the Role
* We are looking for an individual with 5 years of experience in commercial management, contract administration, or a related field, preferably within the defence or government sector.
* The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of defence base services, contract law, procurement processes, and financial management.
* Prior experience with contract management software, financial analysis tools, and project management software is highly desirable.
* A tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, Engineering, or a related field is essential.
* A Master's Degree or Professional Certification is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will be an Australian Citizen able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance. They will also hold a valid driver's licence.
