Business Development Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Business Development Coordinator to support our team in securing new opportunities across various sectors.
About the Role:
* The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in business, sales, or marketing, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* You will work closely with the Marketing team to develop supporting materials and content, and support the BD team with client meetings, schedules, and communications.
* Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline data in Salesforce and assist with reporting.
* Help plan and coordinate events and meetings with potential partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and prepare tender submissions and proposals that align with our brand and client strategy.
2. Develop supporting materials and content in collaboration with the Marketing team.
3. Support the Business Development team with client meetings, schedules, and communications.
4. Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline data in Salesforce and assist with reporting.
5. Contribute to planning and coordinating events and meetings with potential partners.
What You'll Bring:
* A strong background in business, sales, or marketing, with at least 5 years of experience.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and experience using Salesforce is advantageous.
* Familiarity with InDesign, Photoshop, or experience in the facilities or retail industry would be well-regarded.
