About The Role
Reporting to the Security Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of all guests, staff, and property at the Cairns Convention Centre.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that the Centre is secure.Operate the Security Control Room and Security Front Desk.Assist with the coordination of event security.Assist with the management of emergency services and evacuation procedures for the Centre.
About You

You will enjoy working flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, overnight and public holidays.Flexibility to provide roster coverage for both event and non-event days.You will value the safety of yourself, team and clients.You have minimum two (2) years’ experience in a Security role, preferably within the events or corporate security sector.You will hold a current QLD Class 1 Security license.
