**The Role**
We are seeking a Level 2/3 Support tech with a proven track record of providing end-to-end support for medium to complex corporate environments to join our expanding team at a successful IT services company.
As an MSP, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and are looking for like-minded individuals who share our positive culture and are committed to long-term employment.
This is both an on-site and remote support role. Travel to customer sites is also required.
You will work with a range of technologies, including
- Microsoft Windows Server platforms
- Exchange Server, SQL Server
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory & Group Policy
- WAN connections and Networking/Firewall hardware
- Corporate Antivirus Solutions
- Virtualisation platforms (VMWare, HyperV)
- Server & SAN hardware
- Desktop Support & Troubleshooting.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $97,626.18 per year
