An exciting opportunity is available for a Retail Marketing Executive to join our team at Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre.
- This role will see you supporting our Retail Marketing Manager in delivering exciting activations and promotions across the shopping centre, working with our key retailer stakeholders. This will elevate your personal brand across Lendlease and grow your current generalist marketing skills within Retail.
- About the role- Assisting the Retail Marketing Manager and collaborating with the team on the planning and execution of high profile, activations and events at the centre.-
- Oversee the management of events and support publicity opportunities.-
- Develop strong relationships with retailers, internal and external stakeholders and community partners to build sustainable relationships.-
- Operate within budget guidelines and company policies including undertaking regular event compliance, safety and risk assessments.-
- Collect, interpret and report on campaign results, competitive landscape and economic factors.-
- You will provide research, data analytics and insights to support all marketing events and influence the marketing strategy for the centre.-
- With this varied and creative role you will have the opportunity to bring fresh new ideas based on your experience within retail marketing campaigns.-
- Perform a wide range of administrative duties as directed which may include liaising with external service providers, invoicing processing, organising presentations, setting up meetings and booking marketing events and campaigns.About you
- You will have an understanding of marketing planning and budgeting, digital marketing and social media, preferably in retail. You will have proven experience in managing diverse stakeholder groups and strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as having a strong creative flair. You will be able to work autonomously, demonstrate strong stakeholder management, strong attention to detail and communication skills. Ideally you will have tertiary qualifications and experience in a similar marketing role, within retail, shopping centres or hospitality would be preferred.
