Salary: $140,000 to $180,000 (depending on experience)

The Role
You will take full ownership of FSA's top line revenue growth from a marketing standpoint. You are responsible for setting the strategy, providing direction and ensuring the entire marketing ecosystem reliably delivers high quality, high intent leads that support the business' aggressive growth targets.
This is a leadership role. You will not be executing campaigns. Instead, you will shape the strategy, guide the team, lead agencies and make the decisions that drive growth. The social team, marketing assistants and external agencies will execute the work under your direction. You are the point of clarity, structure and accountability across all marketing activities.
You will work closely with the sales, operations and finance managers, taking direction and targets from the General Manager, and translating them into a clear marketing strategy and channel plan the team can execute. This role is critical to scaling FSA's growth engine, providing clarity, strategic direction and accountability across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities Revenue Growth and Funnel Leadership
* Own FSA's full growth strategy, ensuring marketing, sales support and funnel optimisation all align with aggressive targets set by the General Manager.
* Provide strategic direction and priorities that shape the team's execution, holding them accountable.
Strategy and Leadership
* Set the strategic roadmap across paid, organic, brand and content channels.
* Provide clear direction, priorities and expectations to internal teams and agencies.
* Lead planning cycles to ensure quarterly and monthly revenue and lead targets are met.
* Guide the entire marketing team with strategic direction and creative focus.
* Foster a high performance, accountable marketing culture.
Paid Acquisition
* Lead the direction for all paid channels including Meta, Google, YouTube and emerging platforms such as Reddit and AI driven ad networks.
* Provide strategic guidance on creative themes, audience structures and testing frameworks.
* Work closely with the sales manager and media buying agencies to ensure campaigns meet ROAS, CPS and lead quality benchmarks.
* Ensure budget allocation aligns with business growth priorities.
Organic and Brand Growth
* Set the strategy for organic social, SEO, YouTube, podcasts and email content.
* Guide the social team with clear content direction, themes, positioning and brand messaging.
* Provide strategic oversight for SEO, ensuring agencies prioritise the right technical and content initiatives.
* Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Data and Performance Tracking
* Use data to drive all marketing decisions, ensuring every channel and initiative is measured against clear performance benchmarks.
* Track and analyse key metrics such as CPL, ROAS, lead quality, landing page performance, call conversions and sales conversion rates.
* Produce weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports for the General Manager, outlining results, insights and strategic recommendations.
Experience and Skills
* 5+ years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing in a high growth, multi channel environment.
* Strong strategic capability across paid media, funnel design, attribution and performance metrics.
* Confident with data analysis, KPI tracking and making decisions based on numbers.
* Experience leading organic strategies across social, YouTube, podcasts and SEO.
* Strong understanding of video-led marketing, including how to build and scale audiences through short and long-form video content.
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage agencies and run a marketing department at scale.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills with strong cross functional collaboration.
* Experience in property or high ticket service industries is beneficial but not essential.

* Building ads.
* Writing social posts.
* Running day to day CRM tasks.
* Doing hands on execution in any channel.
