Customer Finance Specialist
As a Customer Finance Specialist, you will interact with clients by phone to build strong relationships, resolve queries and complaints, and identify individuals with complex financial needs to refer to experts within the organization. Your goal will be to achieve or exceed performance targets relating to customer satisfaction, product sales, service quality, and operational performance by adhering to the company's sales and service methodologies.
