A Federal Government Department is seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their ICT Service Desk team. The successful candidate will provide first level support to internal and external stakeholders and contribute to the delivery of high-quality ICT services.
The successful Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Acting as the first point of contact for ICT support via phone, email and ITSM tools
* Logging, categorising, prioritising and tracking incidents and service requests
* Troubleshooting issues across accounts, hardware, software, networking and RMS
* Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes including device setup and user provisioning
The successful Service Desk Analyst will have experience in the following:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
* Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365 and networking fundamentals
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow ICT procedures
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn
