A respected Queensland construction and development group with 30+ years' experience is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a $60M, 80-unit residential tower.
With a diverse portfolio spanning retail, industrial, commercial, healthcare, mixed-use and residential projects, this business has built a strong reputation for quality delivery, long-term client partnerships, and well-structured, professional project teams.
The Role
You will take full ownership of the project from early works through to completion, managing program, budget, procurement, subcontractors, risk, and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with site and commercial teams, you will drive performance, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget.
About You
* Proven experience managing multi-residential or commercial and large-scale construction projects (ideally $40 M+).
* Strong commercial judgement with ability to lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
* Excellent stakeholder management — you're confident engaging internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
* A focus on proactive problem‐solving, collaboration, and hands‐on leadership on site and within project teams.
