Role Description
This is a full-time on‐site role based in Katherine, NT, for a Remote and Rural Educator. The educator will be responsible for planning and delivering health and wellbeing educational programs to students across various age groups in urban, rural, and remote locations. Daily tasks include creating lesson plans, teaching sessions, and engaging with students, families, and community stakeholders to foster positive development. The role may require travel to different communities across the region to ensure program delivery.
Qualifications
* Experience with Lesson Planning and Educational program development
* Skills in Teaching and Training in diverse educational environments
* Strong Communication abilities for engaging with students, families, and communities
* Passion for child and youth development and supporting community well‐being
* Experience or familiarity with rural and remote educational settings is advantageous
* Driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
* Relevant qualifications in Education, Teaching, or a related field desirable
