About the Role
You will be responsible for managing store operations during evening and night trade. This includes ensuring the store is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for customers, team members and community.
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Leadership experience guiding, coaching and developing your team to meet sales targets, manage costs and handle rostering requirements
* Ability to maintain visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards
