To kick off the year, we're looking for an experiencedSpecialist Support Coordinatororseasoned health or justice professionalready to bring their expertise to a high‐performing, values‐driven team.

What You'll Do

You will support participants, families, guardians and stakeholders by:

* Navigating the NDIS and applying your professional skillset to maximise participant outcomes
* Coordinating and implementing multidisciplinary supports
* Collaborating closely with clinical teams, agencies and key stakeholders
* Liaising with health, justice, housing and community services
* Leading safeguarding, crisis planning and proactive risk managementBuilding respectful, trusting relationships
* Maintaining strong clinical records, budget oversight and reporting requirements

What You'll Need

* Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, OT, Nursing, Human/Community Services or similar
* Registration with relevant professional body
* Minimum 2 years' experience supporting people with disability, mental health or justice needs
* Understanding of the NDIS, Act and legislation (desirable — we'll support your learning)
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast‐paced environment
* Innovative problem‐solver with a passion for complex cases
* WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
