WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Serve as a face of LawY for a portfolio of law firms and/or in-house legal teams within your specialty, owning relationships from its very foundation, sale, and onboarding through adoption, expansion, and renewal.
* Design, refine, and operationalise LawY's customer engagement framework for scale – we're at an inflection point where the next big steps need to be built together. Your input and execution will be both appreciated and expected as we scale.
* Drive sustained product adoption through structured training programs, tailored success plans, and proactive engagement to optimise usage.
* Be a trusted strategic advisor to the clients in your portfolio, aligning LawY to their goals, uncovering new use cases, and helping them re-define how legal work gets done in the AI age.
* Track customer health metrics to proactively identify churn risks and strengthen retention.
* Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to turn client feedback into actionable insights that inform our roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
WHAT YOU BRING
* You'll need a Bachelor's degree qualification in law and 5+ years of experience in Estate Planning & Administration law with knowledge and or enthusiasm for legal tech, legal AI and helping lawyers reinvent traditional methods of practice.
* Self-starter: manage complex, ambiguous projects in a fast-paced environment.
* A genuine interest or disposition for business development – you're a natural presenter and are energised being in the room.
* Commerciality: High EQ and commercial instinct, meaning you know when to listen, when to advise, and when to act. You are comfortable with metrics - driven by data, customer health, and outcomes over process.
* Experience with effectively and safely using AI in legal practice would be a big plus.

* Small-to-medium firm expert: You understand that a 5-person practice has different needs than a 500-lawyer firm, and you're passionate about serving this underserved market.
* LegalAI enthusiast: You're excited about AI's potential while understanding the critical importance of accuracy, ethics, and risk management in legal applications.
