The Opportunity
This new position will work closely with our payroll team to ensure our staff across Australia are supported with timely and accurate administrative services. You will play an important role in keeping payroll processes running smoothly by managing documentation, data entry, and communications - helping to ensure our team can focus on delivering exceptional payroll outcomes.
What You Will Be Doing
* Assisting the payroll team with administrative tasks and data entry
* Preparing and maintaining employee records and documentation
* Organising and filing payroll-related correspondence
* Responding to general payroll enquiries from staff and managers
* Assisting in the preparation of payroll reports and summaries
* Coordinating the collection of timesheets, leave requests, and other documentation
* Supporting the smooth operation of payroll systems and processes
What You Will Bring
* Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Completion of at least Year 11 education
* Previous experience in an administrative role (payroll support experience an advantage)
* High attention to detail and accuracy with data
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confident computer skills
* Ability to work as part of a supportive and collaborative team
* Willingness to meet Aged Care Worker Screening requirements
