This role sits within a well‐established infrastructure advisory environment supporting some of the most significant capital programs currently being planned and delivered in South East Queensland. The work is advisory‐led, commercially grounded and closely connected to delivery, with a strong focus on long‐term public infrastructure outcomes.
The position is ideally suited to professionals currently working in Big 4 or mid‐tier consulting firms who are looking to step into deeper, more sustained infrastructure programs. You'll be involved from early strategy and investment through to delivery planning, working alongside senior advisors, government stakeholders and delivery partners on projects with lasting national impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide infrastructure and project advisory support across major capital and precinct‐scale programs
* Contribute to strategic and detailed business cases aligned with Treasury and funding requirements
* Develop delivery models, procurement strategies and commercial frameworks
* Support investment decision‐making through financial, economic and risk analysis
* Assist with program governance, assurance and delivery readiness
* Work closely with client‐side teams to navigate complex stakeholder environments
* Prepare high‐quality briefing material for senior executives and governance forums
About You
* Background in infrastructure advisory, management consulting or major project advisory
* Experience gained within Big 4, mid‐tier consulting or specialist advisory firms
* Exposure to transport, social infrastructure, energy or large public sector programs
* Strong capability in business cases, financial modelling and investment analysis
* Understanding of procurement, contracting and delivery risk in government contexts
* Clear communicator comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
