Salary: 108,571 - 119,893 AUD Annual Gross (indicative and may be subject to adjustments).

Roles and Responsibilities
* Mobility Operations, Change & Release Governance: Lead ITIL‐aligned change control, impact assessments, and release readiness for go‐lives.
* Incident, Escalation & Problem Management: Direct high‐priority incidents (incl. mission‐critical/emergency services), coordinate vendor escalations, and drive root‐cause analysis/problem management.
* Security, Risk & Vulnerability Management: Partner with Cyber Security on vulnerability remediation and Mobile Threat Defence (MTD) response; manage audits and fleet posture/security event reporting.
* Platform Engineering & Lifecycle Management: Monitor health and performance; enable features across UEM/EMM (e.g., Intune, Workspace ONE, Ivanti Neurons); manage OS/app testing and compatibility; oversee integrations (identity, certificates, directories, network access).
* Device Provisioning, Automation & Scale: Implement zero‐touch enrolment (Apple Business Manager, Android zero‐touch, Samsung Knox Mobile Enrolment) and build automations to streamline operations.
* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Over 8 years of experience in Enterprise Mobility Management, Platform Operations, or Engineering Operations within large‐scale, regulated environments (e.g., Telco, Enterprise, Government).
Preferred
* Prior working experience in Engineering Operations within large‐scale, regulated environments (e.g., Telco, Enterprise, Government).
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
* Analytical Problem‐Solving: Structured RCA, pattern recognition across incidents/changes/requests, and strong data literacy.
* Decisive Under Pressure: Clear prioritisation and sound decision‐making in time‐critical scenarios.
* Incident & Escalation Management: Calm, accountable leadership across platforms, vendors, and stakeholders.
* Process, Quality & Governance: ITIL discipline, rigorous QA across change/release/operations, and a continuous‐improvement mindset.
* Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Effective cross‐functional partnering; communicates clearly with technical and non‐technical audiences; strong customer empathy.
* Leadership & People Development: Provides technical leadership; mentors and coaches; holds vendors to clear expectations and outcomes.
