Job Overview:
We seek a dynamic Studio Manager to drive membership sales, promote our services, and ensure an exceptional experience for both prospective and current members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase membership and revenue.
* Lead and motivate the sales team, providing training, support, and performance feedback to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
* Drive lead generation efforts through various channels, including in-person, online, and events.
* Build relationships with prospective and current members, helping them find the right fitness solutions to meet their goals.
* Conduct tours of the facility, showcase our offerings, and promote the value of our memberships.
* Handle inquiries and follow up on leads to close sales and retain members.
* Develop and track sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise results.
* Collaborate with the management team to design promotions, events, and campaigns to attract new members.
* Manage memberships, cancellations, and renewals, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new members.
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of member satisfaction.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in a fitness or service-based environment.
* Cert III / IV in fitness.
* At least 2 years of experience in a sales management or leadership role.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships.
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
* Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
* Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
* A positive attitude, self-starter, and problem solver.
