Strategic Planning Role
The Strategic Planning Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning operational execution with corporate strategy. This key position supports integrated planning transformation by combining strategic thinking with practical implementation.
This team drives our transition to new planning cycles, focusing on operational excellence, productivity optimization, and data-driven decision making. The role is responsible for developing the corporate strategic plan with integrated planning considerations, conducting advanced financial and business case modeling, analyzing aviation economics, and providing thought leadership for strategic planning projects across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop the corporate strategic plan with integrated planning considerations
* Conduct advanced financial and business case modeling for planning initiatives
* Analyze aviation economics and competitive landscape implications for planning decisions
* Provide thought leadership for strategic planning projects across the organization
* Apply critical strategic thinking to inform short, medium and long-term planning decisions
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in business, commercial or engineering discipline. A Master's level degree/ MBA is highly desirable
* 6+ years experience in Management Consulting or Corporate Strategy roles, preferably at Tier 1 firms
* Advanced financial and business case modeling skills
* Highly developed communication and presentation skills, with executive level communication abilities
* Commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
