Your new role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll report to the Sales Manager and play a key role in supporting the sales function through administrative excellence and customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
Managing quotes, contracts, and CRM accuracy.
Supporting the sales team with lead management, logistics coordination, and vendor registrations.
Maintaining ISO standards for documentation and assisting with marketing and tender applications.
Providing business intelligence and customer feedback to improve products and services.
This role is a mix of sales support and account management, with opportunities to develop strong customer relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administration.
Strong initiative, independence, and a proactive approach.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate CRM records.
Competence in Microsoft Office or G-Suite and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Tenacity and resourcefulness, with a can-do attitude and openness to feedback.
