About Us
Uniplan Group is one of NSW's largest modular building manufacturers, proudly operating for over 25 years. Our Armidale factory is something special, at any time you'll see a huge variety of buildings progressing through our precision-built production line.
Much like an automotive line, each building moves through a series of specialised workstations: from a steel chassis to a fully completed, ready-to-occupy building in as little as 21 days.
As part of the Scott Group, you'll be joining a generous, family-focused company that rewards hard work, values its people, and invests in long-term careers.
