The ACT Government seeks a high-performing leader to manage the ministerial office.

Key responsibilities include:
* Leading a high-performing team and implementing effective systems and processes
* Developing and implementing long-term plans, strategies, and policies
* Providing expert advice on complex policy issues to the Minister
* Coordinating government and legislative assembly business, including legislation
* Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment and culture
* Providing briefings, speeches, media support, and other outputs for the Minister
The successful candidate will work closely with other leaders, policy advisers, and media advisers to support the ACT Executive.
