About the Internship:
We're seeking a passionate and driven Destination Wedding Sales & Partnerships Intern to support our sales and partnership team. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to gain real-world experience in luxury travel sales, vendor relationship management, and destination wedding planning. You'll assist in curating venue and vendor offerings, engaging with potential partners, and supporting client requests - while learning what it takes to work in a high-performance, luxury brand environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner Research & Outreach: Assist in identifying potential destination wedding venues and luxury vendors locally and internationally.
* Sales Support: Help prepare client proposals, pitch decks, and promotional materials for venue packages and vendor partnerships.
* Client & Vendor Communication: Support the team in communicating with clients and partners, maintaining high standards of professionalism.
* Event & Admin Coordination: Help organize sales events, industry trade shows, and internal meetings with partners.
* Market Research: Keep up with global wedding, hospitality, and luxury travel trends to support campaign ideas and strategic growth.
What We're Looking For:
* A current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Event Management, Tourism, Communications, or a related field.
* Strong interest in luxury weddings, destination travel, and the events industry.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Well-organized with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative team environment.
* Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not essential.
