Description
Followmont Transport is seeking a dedicated and passionate Local MC Driver for immediate start to become a key part of our PUD team in Mackay.
If you take pride in delivering high-quality work with attention to detail, this could be the perfect role for you! We are looking for a reliable individual to handle the safe pick-up and delivery of a variety of freight, including manual handling of parcel freight.
What You Will Be Doing
* Position: Full-time Permanent | 7am start
* Responsibilities:
* Complete pickups and deliveries of general freight.
* Safely and efficiently manage deliveries on time and in full.
* Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of safety and accuracy.
* Adhere to established rules, regulations, and processes to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
This role would best suit someone who thrives in a stable, predictable work environment and takes pride in delivering results with precision and consistency.
* Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
* Must hold a current MC Drivers Licence
* Forklift Licence & Experience is desirable but not mandatory
* A professional mindset with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to meeting goals
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and criminal history check
