The ideal candidate will provide support to the Team Leader and colleagues, ensuring high-quality education, care, and development for children and families.
* This role is responsible for assisting in the planning, preparation, and implementation of programs tailored to the needs of young children.
* The successful applicant will create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that promotes physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
* They will work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement educational programs meeting diverse child needs.
* Maintaining accurate records and contributing to service growth are also essential responsibilities.
Key Qualifications:
* Certificate III in Children's Services or proof of enrolment upon commencement.
* Able to interpret and apply knowledge on how children learn and develop effectively.
* Proven ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual child needs.
* Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Regulations/Standards.
* Excellent communication skills, including fluency in local Aboriginal languages.
