We are looking for multiple experienced Civil Plant Operators such as: GPS operators (Excavator, Dozer, Grader), Moxy, Roller, Loader, Skid + Skilled Labourers required for one of my clients who specialises in Subdivisions, Bulk Earthworks & Road Works.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES:
Trimming verge and road reserves to finish level
Box outs for kerb, crossover, or service trenches
Cutting to levels for stormwater, sewer, or NBN conduits
Working around live services or completed sections of the subdivision
Supporting pipe crews or drainage teams by spot digging
Backfill trenches and other earthworks areas to spec
Trim batters and pads for final inspections or compaction
Carry out clean-up cuts around services and structures like pits, manholes, or retaining walls
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Minimum 1 year experience operating Excavators
Preferred experience operating machines with GPS Topcon, Trimble or UTS system
License + Car - Some of our projects are hard to reach so we require you to have reliable transport to get to site
High attention to detail and patience
Strong understanding of levels, fall, and GPS technology (GPS not essential)
Ability to work independently and think ahead
Good communication and teamwork
This is a
TEMP TO PERM
opportunity (reviewed at 3 and 6 months), increasing pay rates once set milestones are achieved. This is an ongoing position where you will be working 10 hour days, 5/6 days per week.
