About the Role This opportunity sits within a high-volume HR operations environment, supporting a major system implementation project. The role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of employee data across enterprise systems, contributing directly to business continuity and workforce insights. You will act as a key processing point for HR transactions, ensuring all updates are completed efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to policies, procedures, and service standards. This role offers exposure to large-scale HRIS platforms and project-driven workflows, making it ideal for candidates who thrive in structured, process-driven environments. Position : People Data Coordinator – $330–$430/day super Location : Parramatta Working Arrangement : Hybrid (3 days onsite, up to 5 as required) Start Date : ASAP (pending checks) Duration : 6 months Positions Available : 2 Key Responsibilities Process employee and organisational data changes across HR systems with high accuracy Manage end-to-end HR transactions including onboarding, movements, and structural updates Validate incoming requests against policies, enterprise agreements, and compliance standards Maintain data integrity across HRIS and downstream systems Monitor and meet service level agreements for turnaround times and quality metrics Identify discrepancies, investigate data issues, and escalate where required Support system testing, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with HR, payroll, and shared services teams to ensure seamless service delivery Provide guidance on correct submission of requests and required approvals Contribute to documentation, process mapping, and standard operating procedures Utilise ticketing systems to manage workflow and track progress of requests About You Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR administration, HR operations, or data processing roles Strong experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g. Dayforce or similar systems) Familiarity with service management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and employment frameworks Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads within strict deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments Experience in shared services or large, complex organisations highly regarded Relevant qualification in Business Administration, HR, or similar discipline (desirable) Valid working rights in Australia are required.
