Leadership Role in Retail
Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished retail leader to oversee our team's performance and drive sales growth in Ipswich, Australia.
Main Responsibilities:
* Direct and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
* Manage store operations, including scheduling, budgets, visual merchandising, and stock management
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
* Recruit, train, and coach staff to ensure they possess the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and adherence to company policies and procedures
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a management role in retail
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and engage teams to achieve business objectives
* Experience in training and coaching staff to develop their skills and knowledge
* A history of exceeding set goals and KPIs, and driving performance
* Ability to complete operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, visual merchandising, and stock management
* Passion for fashion and retail, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional in-store experience
