About The Role
We are seeking a passionate and talented chef who wants to join a team that priorities diversity, inclusion in a professional and fun working environment
As a Demi Chef de Partie you will be responsible to supervise the assigned station / section of the outlet kitchen, in order to prepare a consistent, high quality product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept of classic dishes with a contemporary twist.
Some of the responsibilities include
* Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items, following hotel's recipes and standards
* Take responsibility for your specific section of the kitchen, managing the daily operations and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently
* Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
* Contribute to the creation and development of new dishes and menus, bringing innovative ideas and suggestions to the culinary team.

A Successful Candidate Will Have
* Recent experience in a la carte dining, preferably in hotels or fine dining.
* Strong culinary skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and a passion for food.
* Qualification in Kitchen Production
* Demonstrated in-depth skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
* Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
* A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast paced customer service environment
