As demand continues to grow across the global small ship and expedition cruise sector, we are seeking an experienced Travel & Cruise Specialist to join our high-performing team at Mermaid Beach.
A Rare Opportunity
In this role, you will manage the sale and reservation of premium small ship cruise experiences, including associated air and land arrangements.
You will handle enquiries from both travel agents and direct clients, converting opportunities into confirmed bookings while ensuring exceptional accuracy across all documentation and ticketing.
This is a fast-paced, detail-driven position where strong systems knowledge and confidence are essential.

Essential Experience
Applicants will be considered if they meet the following essential criteria:
· At least 3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant
· Strong, up-to-date proficiency in Sabre
· Experience in airfare construction and ticketing
· Experience in booking and managing cruise itineraries, preferably including boutique, small ship, and expedition voyages
· Proven ability to provide high-level customer service and personalised travel solutions
· Strong knowledge of travel documentation, visa requirements, and travel regulations
· Valid Australian work rights
An understanding of the broader cruise market and the experiences it offers is highly desirable.
