Holistic Nursing Services
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. As a Registered Nurse with us, you will play a vital role in providing holistic nursing services through an integrated approach.
You will regularly visit customers in their own homes to assess their needs and implement preventative healthcare through clinical skill and knowledge. Administrative tasks can be completed at our office or remotely.
This is a mobile role with flexibility in hours, including full-time or part-time employment. You will have autonomy in planning your schedule.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A tertiary qualification in nursing and current registration with the relevant authority.
* An understanding of ageing and/or disability on individual and family lives gained via experience within the health, community, or social service sector.
* Demonstrated experience in best practice clinical care, wound care, medication support, and general nursing duties.
* Ability to work efficiently in an autonomous capacity.
* Effective communication skills for collaboration within the multidisciplinary team and other organizations.
* Excellent time management and organization skills.
* A high level of computer literacy and data management skills.
You will also require a valid driver's license, first aid and CPR certificate, and a nationally coordinated criminal history check.
