Disability Support Assistant
We are seeking a skilled Disability Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities, helping them live comfortably at home and engage within their community.
The role involves assisting clients with daily living tasks such as showering, grooming, and medication management. You will also provide transport and social support for activities, appointments, and shopping.
You will be responsible for performing light household tasks like cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. Additionally, you may need to support clients with complex needs or behavioral challenges.

Requirements:
* A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel and client transport.
* National Police Certificate (required) and Working with Children Check (as applicable).
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (Preferred)
* Experience in Community Disability and/or Aged Care Sector essential.
