About the Role
Workers MUST have ABN.
* Social and community access: Helping clients engage in meaningful activities within their community.
* In-home support: Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, and more.
* Personal care and daily living: Providing support with hygiene, grooming, and other personal care activities.
* Transportation: Assisting clients with transportation to appointments, social activities, and events.
* High-care support: Delivering compassionate care to clients with complex and high-care disability needs.
Key Requirements
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings.
* Adherence to organisational policies, procedures, and reporting standards.
* Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Current First Aid & CPR certification.
* Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and other stakeholders.
* A valid driver's license and access to a reliable car.
* ABN number (Essential).
