Skills And Experiences
About the Role
The successful applicant will be trained as a plant operator on various specialised equipment whilst undertaking a Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations. SPA is committed to the training and development of our employees and the provision of a long-term career path.
Skills & Experience:
* Have a current Drivers License
* Have a keen interest in machinery/Civil Construction
* Be prepared to travel throughout Northern Queensland and potentially interstate
* Have a strong work ethic, willing to work flexible hours to meet the client's needs
* Possess a positive, can do attitude
* Keen interest in learning all facets of profiling work including pre-milling, Asphalt work and Final Trim
* Ability to work on your own and in a team environment
* Ability to complete pre-employment medical including D&A
* Have a focus on maintaining a safe work environment
