 * Encourage and motivate participants to find their own employment.
 * Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients.
 * Reverse market clients to employers.
 * Place participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes.
 * Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded and documented.
 * Provide exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders at every stage of the process.
Key Responsibilities
 1. Support clients in achieving employment goals through job readiness and vocational training.
 2. Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to source job opportunities.
 3. Utilize marketing strategies to attract potential employers and promote client services.
 4. Deliver placement services to clients, ensuring successful employment outcomes.
 5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client activities and progress.
 6. Offer excellent customer service to clients, employers, and stakeholders throughout the employment process.
Essential Qualifications
 * Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
 * Ability to build strong relationships with clients and employers.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Strong organizational and time management skills.
