**Position Information**:
Cherrybrook Technology High School (2048 students, 59% from a language background other than English), has highly motivated staff, students and parents committed to optimising learning outcomes in a technologically innovative, caring environment. **Selection Criteria**:
Approval to teach secondary library or currently undertaking or currently enrolled in Teacher Librarian qualifications approved by the NSW Department of Education with the ability to work in a dynamic library in a very large high school.
Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build and maintain positive and effective relationships with students, staff, parents and the wider community.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues to create innovative teaching and learning experiences whilst promoting critical and creative thinking, digital literacy and a love of literature.
Demonstrated innovation in managing and implementing a stimulating library learning environment, encompassing the physical space and digital resources of the library, including the Oliver Library Management System.
Demonstrated capacity to integrate technology into innovative classroom practice.
