About the Opportunity
Our client, Kurri Kurri Bowling Club, is seeking an experienced Duty Supervisor to support the Club's operational leadership team.
This is a hands-on supervisory role responsible for supporting day-to-day operations across both venues during rostered shifts. Working closely with the Duty Manager and Operations Manager, the Duty Supervisor will lead staff on shift, maintain service standards, and respond to operational and customer matters in a dynamic, dual-venue environment.
This role is well suited to an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys variety, responsibility and leading from the floor.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day operations during allocated shifts across both venues
* Provide direction, support and supervision to staff on shift
* Lead by example in delivering high standards of customer service
* Assist with food, beverage, gaming and function service as required
* Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS and organisational policies
* Respond to customer enquiries, feedback and operational issues
* Support on-the-job training and promote a positive team culture
* Assist with incident management and emergency responses
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
* Experience in hospitality operations (food, beverage and/or gaming)
* Proven ability to supervise staff and lead shifts effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A calm, professional approach in a fast-paced environment
* Confidence making decisions and resolving issues on shift
* Flexibility to work across venues, including nights and weekends
Essential Requirements
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
* Current Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG)
* Current Drivers Licence
