The Opportunity


Due to sustained national growth, Bull Motor Bodies is excited to introduce a new opportunity for a Senior Relationship Manager. This role is designed for someone who understands the fleet management landscape—whether from a dealership, fleet management organisation, or in-house fleet team—and is ready to take ownership of key partnerships across Australia.

You'll work directly with our executive team, state managers, and major clients, building trusted relationships and delivering solutions that genuinely fit our customers' needs. We're looking for someone who brings both strategic thinking and practical know-how, and who's comfortable rolling up their sleeves to resolve challenges, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure every customer experience reflects our commitment to reliability and integrity.


Skills & Experience – What You Bring

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior account management role within the automotive industry, including dealerships, fleet management organisations or in-house fleet teams.
* Strong networks and in-depth knowledge of the Australian automotive and fleet management industry.
* Highly developed written and oral communication skills, along with exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.
