About the role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the frontline for customer service and sales, managing customer interactions, and performing general administration and office duties to ensure a high level of customer support.
Provide customer service via phone and email.
Make bookings for customers.
Answer customer queries.
Liaise face-to-face with customers.
Collaborate with the service workshop and spare parts team members.
Explain repairs to customers (knowledge training will be provided).
Manage invoicing.
Manage Work in Progress (WIP).
Stay up to date with Manufacturer training and guidelines.
Build ongoing professional relationships with customers.
What you will need
In order to take up this great opportunity, the successful applicant will require the following skills and experience
While not essential, 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry would be highly regarded.
Strong data entry abilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent leadership, communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
The capability to successfully clear a police check.
