Role Description
The Guest Service Agent is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met from check-in to check-out. Daily tasks include managing reservations, assisting with inquiries, providing local area recommendations, handling guest concerns, and ensuring smooth communication among departments. This is a full‐time, on‐site role based in Sydney, NSW.
Qualifications
* Customer Service and Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a focus on delivering a high standard of guest service.
* Administrative Skills: Basic computer proficiency, experience with reservation systems, and the ability to manage bookings efficiently.
* Problem‐Solving and Adaptability: Strong ability to handle guest concerns effectively and maintain a calm demeanor in high‐pressure situations.
* Organizational Skills: Attention to detail, time management, and multitasking capabilities to ensure operations run smoothly.
* Professionalism: A friendly and polished demeanor, with the ability to work well as part of a team in a fast‐paced hospitality environment.
* Hotel or Hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
