Administration and Support Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration and Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support in various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
About the Role:

* Duties will include but are not limited to: welcoming clients, answering calls, electronic collation of documents, task management, filing, lodgments with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), ASIC compliance tasks, communications with government departments, preparing client newsletters, digital marketing initiatives, debtors management, and bookkeeping assistance.
* A strong comfort level with technology, particularly Microsoft Office 365, is essential.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an office administration role is preferred, especially within an accounting firm.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Multitasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines in a busy environment are crucial.
* A high level of professionalism, with a focus on confidentiality and ethical standards, is required.
