Alkimos College is seeking to appoint a Business Support Officer to assist the Manager Corporate Services in supporting the college's management of the business operations and systems.
Located in the northern suburb of Alkimos with sweeping ocean views, Alkimos College opened in 2020 with our foundation Year 7 cohort, providing local intake area students with access to an exceptional secondary education in world-class learning facilities.
The successful applicant will ideally be highly motivated, providing integral support to the Manager Corporate Services in a wide range of business operations such as administration, financial and human resource management.
Key to this role is the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with minimal supervision, while effectively prioritising and meeting deadlines.
The Role
The successful applicant will work closely with the existing Business Support Officer and Manager of Corporate Services, independently and as part of the wider Corporate Services team.
Please note that as this is a Public Service role that requires you to work during school vacation periods.
