Your new role
As a Branch Teller, you'll support customers across face‑to‑face, phone and digital channels. You will handle everyday transactions, respond to enquiries, and provide helpful product guidance.
In this role, you will:
Process banking transactions accurately
Assist with cash handling and branch operations
Resolve customer enquiries across multiple channels
Identify opportunities to recommend suitable products
Contribute to a positive, team‑focused branch environment
What you'll need to succeed
Customer service experience in a face‑to‑face or phone setting
Strong communication and rapport‑building skills
Ability to identify customer needs and offer relevant solutions
Cash handling or transactional experience (desirable)
