My Client are a reputable Builder who deliver complex projects within the Commercial space across the Leisure, Education, Commercial, Infrastructure, Industrial and Retail sectors throughout Australia & New Zealand. **The Role**:
- Assisting the Estimators preparing pre-qualifications and tenders.
- Assisting the Project Manager and Site Manager during all phases of the construction process.
- Conformity of all construction activities with Company procedures / policies and with WHS Act, WHS Regulations, EPA Act and all Codes of Practice.
- Conformance to time schedules, budgets and performance criteria.
- Collating deliverables required for practical completion.
- Managing project close out and archiving.
- Manage the RFI process with subcontractors, consultant and clients.
- Reviewing variations and claims on current projects.
- carrying out take-offs of quantities.
**About you**:
- Proven experience working as a Project Coordinator within Commercial construction
- Project exposure $10m +
- Relevant Tertiary qualification in Civil engineering, Construction management, Building economics
- Knowledge of Cheops, Primavera, MS Office
- Ability to be autonomous and work well within a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication
