About the role: Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, some of your duties as the Registered Nurse may involve: Providing direct person centred nursing care and/or individual case management to patients/clients on a shift by shift basis in a defined clinical area with increasing autonomy over time. Participating in evaluative research activities within the practice setting. Planning and coordinating services with other disciplines or agencies in providing individual health care needs. About you: Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate Demonstrated competence in Anaesthetic nursing practice in accordance with the relevant standards. Effective communication skills including, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
