To learn more about our purpose and our renowned portfolio of global brands, click here .Winemaker - BarossaWe have a rare opportunity for a winemaker to join our winemaking team, based at our state-of-the-art winery in the Barossa ValleyAbout the roleReporting to the Senior Winemaker, this role will make key decisions during the winemaking process to produce wine to specification and style, whilst maximising quality, from grapes through to bottle.Management of a portfolio of wines across wine styles, quality levels and brands as required that are to be crafted and maintained to the highest quality standards.Quality assurance of all responsible wines through periodic organoleptic and chemical monitoring, to ensure suitable style and quality is maintained.Accurate and timely cellar note generationTimely preparation of all bottling wines to meet the scheduled production dates.
