About the role, we are seeking a proactive and safety-focused professional to join our team as a Safety Advisor. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving a culture of safety across our network.
In this exciting and dynamic role, you will work closely with our safety business partners, employees, and leaders to reduce risks, ensure workplace health and safety compliance, and manage injuries through early intervention strategies. You will also guide our workers through the compensation process and deliver innovative safety programs and wellbeing initiatives that make a real impact on our organization and community.
Our ideal candidate will possess a Certificate IV in WHS Management or equivalent skills and knowledge gained through experience. Additionally, they must have a SA driver's license (Class C) and be able to travel and stay away from home.
