Forest Management Specialist
This role involves developing and designing tactical plans for the delivery of forest and fire management works, including Burn Plans, Site Plans, and Works Orders. The Planning Officer will work within a team to ensure local knowledge and priorities are communicated to inform operational planning processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in forest and fire management planning that contributes to road maintenance, recreation, and fuel management programs. Key skills include contractor management, procurement, and a broad knowledge of environmental asset maintenance and improvement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
