This is a Temporary Administration Support role in our team.
We are seeking an experienced administrator to provide general support and customer service for our Town Planning team.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support for the Planning team, including preparing documents, maintaining records and providing timely reports.
* Act as a point of contact for Planning enquiries and receive, assess and initiate action on requests.
* Assist in the management and maintenance of databases and research basic issues and prepare routine reports.
Requirements:
* Cert II or higher in Business Administration.
* Prior experience in an administration/clerical/reception-oriented role with good written and oral communication skills.
* Competent in the application of Microsoft software applications.
