Technical Sales Representative

Agwest Machinery are Western Australia's leading agricultural machinery dealership group. Serving the West Australian wheatbelt from Geraldton to Esperance, our name is behind the leading Global agricultural brands available in Western Australia, including Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Kubota, Krone and Gleaner.
An exciting opportunity exists to join Agwest Machinery, - due to increasing sales and future growth plans, we have a vacancy for a Technical Sales Representative based out of one of our branches.
Reporting to the Branch Manager you will become an integral member of the Agwest Machinery team.
Your role will include:
- Promoting and selling all Dealership products and brands.
- Responsible for overseeing the profitability of sales in your region in alignment with wider organisational goals.
- Building intelligence with regard to customer needs and being proactive to pricing and market fluctuations.
- Work with suppliers to assist in the supply of products in a timely and efficient manner, meeting reasonable customer expectations.
- Work as part of a team to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organisation.
- Ensure the Dealership brand, its subsidiary brands as well as supplier brands and products are promoted to customers and dealers with highest regard.
- Self-motivated and driven individual.
- Experience using pricing analysis tools and systems.
- Ability to maintain enthusiasm over long sales cycles.
- Willing to cold call and generate leads.
- Strong follow up skills with a focus on servicing customer needs.
- Very well organised, structured & delivery focused.
- Confident & excellent communication skills.
- Able to work as part of a team and autonomously.
