This senior academic position is a critical role in the School of Information and Communication Technology at Griffith University.

Level B Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement evidence-based strategies to improve student retention, employability, and successful outcomes.
2. Provide educational leadership to a discipline, including responsibility for academic courses and programs.
3. Undertake high-quality research that may have measurable impact on policy and practice in the wider community and attract competitive research funding.
4. Provide and promote academic leadership to achieve consistently high-quality experiences and outcomes for higher degree research (HDR) programs and candidates.
Qualifications:
* Applicants must hold a PhD or equivalent accreditation or significant progress towards completion of a PhD degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
* Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas - cyber security, artificial intelligence, data science, and advanced computing, evidenced through high-impact publications, competitive research funding, postgraduate supervision, and international collaborations.
